Chocolate Hairspray is one of Barnaby Goatwaffle’s most famous inventions, though he didn’t invent it for hair at all.
He originally designed the device for Chef
Snitchenburger, who needed a faster way to frost 200 cakes for Left Nostril Elementary’s 200th
anniversary. It was meant to spray a perfect, gentle mist of chocolate over baked goods.
But before the chef could get his hands on it, Mr. Goatwaffle’s daughter, Gabriella, found the machine in the kitchen. Thinking it was a fancy new hair product, she gave her pigtails a good spritz.
She loved the shiny, chocolatey look, and so did her friends.

Chocolate Hairspray quickly became the hottest hair trend at school, though only in winter. In the summer, the chocolate melts into a sticky, drippy mess that ends up all over clothes, which is a perfect example of a Goatwaffle invention gone wrong.
