Ozzy Wilde is a kid with a deep sense of loyalty and a gut feeling for what’s fair, a trait he inherited from his famous judge dad, Wallace Wilde, and his journalist mom, Serenity Wilde. He’s an optimist and a fierce defender of the underdog.
The only problem is, his good intentions are a lot like a runaway train – they often lead to
spectacular, out-of-control chaos.
A perfect example is the time he was six years old and attended his Uncle Wilbur’s wedding to a truly unpleasant lady named Grundwaldette.
As the ceremony began, Ozzy spotted a beehive hanging precariously from a branch right above the bride and groom. Fearing they would get stung, he knew he had to act.

Ozzy climbed the tree, and with a mighty flick of a stick, swatted at the hive to knock it away… and missed.
The nest landed with a “THUMP!” directly on Grundwaldette’s head.

She was so furious that she pushed the groom, Uncle Wilbur, into the very smelly fish pond, and the wedding was canceled on the spot.
Luckily, nobody was stung, and everyone was secretly relieved because they didn’t like
Grundwaldette anyway.
Since that day, Ozzy’s parents have learned to appreciate his good intentions, no matter how much chaos they might cause.
They know that in the end, everything is going to be OK.
